Roles & responsibilities

As a Marketing Operation Specialist, you will be focusing in implementing and maintaining the standards of Marketing Operation within the divisions that make up the Specialty Diagnostics Group.

You will also support the Senior Marketing Operation Manager in project management and communication to implement the Digital roadmap that will transform the whole group to the next level of tech stack for Digital Marketing

Location: US East Coast Remote (Must be basedin Eastern Time Zone)


  • Train & support the business to ensure Marketing Ops standards across divisions.
    • Develop SOPs and training documents.
    • Work with training team to build e-learnings.
    • Onboard new regions or new users in the different tools
    • Efficiently coordinate and handle a high-volume of marketing data generated from multiple sources
  • Maintain Marketing Ops governance
    • Regular reviews and cleanse across the different systems (SFDC, Eloqua, Electronic Lead Capture, etc …)
    • Ensure alignment between Corporate, Group and Divisions
    • Drive the improvement of data quality by collaborating with sales operations and encouraging compliance with data standards, along with adoption of new processes among marketers
    • Document and prioritize resources to drive education of operational procedures to a global audience
  • Support and trouble shoot users in different MarTech tools
    • Serve as business function support with some working technical knowledge of marketing platforms
    • Provide customer service for internal marketing partners
    • Collaborate with IT to support user acceptance testing of new software and fixes to existing platforms
  • Provide implementation support of the Digital Roadmap
    • Support marketing initiatives in the businesses
    • Assist in rolling out new tools
    • Collaborate with IT to support user acceptance testing of new software and fixes to existing platforms

Curious and willing to learn new tools and set-up processes to enable scalability across several divisions.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners to implement and maintain governance in process and data across all Marketing systems.


  • Proven understanding of marketing processes and operations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors preferred
  • Experience in supporting and training, minimum 2 years
  • Advanced experience of Eloqua or other Marketing Automation platform, minimum 3 years
  • Experience with SFDC and Adobe Experience Cloud : Workfront, AEM, AEP etc... is a plus
  • Possess strong business relationship skills and a broad experience across a complex matrix organisation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage daily support as well as multiple projects and dead lines
