Complete Drying Company is looking for a Highly Skilled and Motivated person with Strong Sales and Relationship Building Skills. A Professional! We are an established Company in its 24th year, Growing for the Future. We need someone to grow our Referral Base.

You will be Identifying and Recruiting Referral Sources to Grow our Water Damage Business. To Succeed you must have an Inner Fire & Drive to Build a Strong Referral Base for Yourself and Your Fellow Employee’s Future.

This Position Requires the Ability to both:

Hunt / Prospect- Identify and Make Initial contact with Target Companies and Individuals within Target Companies that will be able to Refer Clients to Complete Drying Company for Water Damage Mitigation. This includes Educating them on how Identify and Properly Refer Clients to Complete Drying Company, as well as, how a Relationship with Complete Drying Company will Benefit their Company.

Farm / Build New and Strengthen Existing Relationships - Work with both Relationships you Establish and Existing Referral Sources to educate them on the Benefits, to Their Company, of continuing to Refer Clients to Complete Drying. While working to increase the Number of Referrals per year from each Referral Source. This Requires Strong Relationship Building Skills.

Complete Drying Uses a Tried-and-True Marketing System that is productive throughout the Country.

Generous Compensation – No Ceiling on Commissions.

Base Pay: You can count on a Paycheck at Complete Drying Company. When Commissions exceed Base Pay you will be paid the difference on top of your Base each Pay Period.

Benchmark / Activity Incentives - You will have a Structured System of Benchmarks / Activities that earn Bonuses as completed. These are the Building Blocks that will lead to Strong Relationships that will build your Commission base.

First Referral Bonuses - We want to Celebrate the beginning of our Relationship with a new Referral Source! You will receive a bonus for Every First Referral from a New Company. You will also receive a bonus for developing additional Referral Sources within both New and Existing Service Companies. These Bonuses are Paid in the Pay Period that we Secure the Water Loss.

You will be provided a Company Vehicle (for Company Business only). A Company Credit Card for Marketing Expenses. This is a Monday thru Friday Position. Daytime Hours, with Maximum of 60 – 90 minutes of Follow Up phone calls on Wednesday Evening. Training and Education on our Industry and Marketing System.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
