About us
The Velvet Cellar is downtown Denver's newest wine and cocktail restaurant. We are a new concept that focuses on the guest experience through polished service, a moody vibe, and premium beverage selections with a heavy focus on wine. Our food menu will be dynamic, seasonal, and change every month.
We are looking for polished Server Assistants to fill out the rest of our Front of House team for our Grand Opening in Fall 2023. Your focus will be the support of our bar and service staff. The other responsibilities of this position include delivering dishes to our guests, keeping an eye on table cleanliness, clearing and bussing empty glasses and dishes, and being mindful of waste while still achieving maximum guest satisfaction. We focus on efficient and streamlined operations while maintaining high levels of productivity and superb quality. We want The Velvet Cellar to be a source of tremendous pride for our team!
