The experienced server will be, friendly, upbeat and professional and holds some of the the most outstanding customer service skills to join our team here at The Red Llama Peruvian Restaurant in Lone Tree. We strive 100% in providing our customers with outstanding five star service! The Red Llama presents some of the most amazing and delectable Peruvian dishes in a very beautiful location, ensuring an adventurous and memorable dining experience for each and every one of our guests. Must be comfortable around bilingual patrons and staff, being Bilingual not required!

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Explain our multi-cultural influenced menu to customers, take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Skills:

-Fast Learner and high comprehensive skills
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately
- Familiarity with any POS system is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu basics is beneficial.
