Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong ability to upsell menu items. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink pairings, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, including supporting kitchen staff as necessary.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
• Clean the tables when guests leaves, assure to meet the cleanness standard for the next guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant's schedule.
• A passion for sales and enhancing guest experiences through excellent service.

Pay: From $11.40 per hour
