Position Purpose

The IT Administrative Coordinator assists in the administration of all Information Technology Group functions and supports the team in accomplishing goals, direction, and vision. This position is responsible for providing full administrative support and collaborating with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues. The IT Administrative Coordinator must have very strong organizational, writing, and communication skills and have the ability to keep information confidential.


Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Manages communication with executive team, company leadership, and other employees
  • Manages meeting rooms, calendars, office supplies
  • Organizes details of meetings, agendas, travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Creates and managed purchase orders and invoices
  • This is an in-office position that must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years experience providing administrative support to company leadership
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet proficiency required
  • Strong organizational skills are required
