Job Description

One of our clients in the Birmingham Area is looking for a new Helpdesk Team Lead to replace their current team lead who is being promoted. Additional details are below.

Description:

The recent lead over the support center has recently been promoted to the manager of the call center, so we are looking for a new lead to be over the support team. This person will have 9-10 agents reporting to them and will serve as the point of contact should any of the agents need to escalate their calls/tickets. This means the right candidate will need to have I.T. support experience and previously lead an I.T. group as the ability to troubleshooting will be critical. This person needs to understand KPIs, reporting structures etc.
