Duties:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow proper food handling procedures, including temperature control and storage
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding food preparation and service

Skills:

- Strong culinary skills with experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in menu planning and recipe development is a plus
- Familiarity with catering or large-scale food production is beneficial
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely
