Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Administer medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs

Qualifications
- Experience or certification in hospice care, home care, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with care plans and patient monitoring techniques
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- experience in assisted living facilities is a plus
- Compassionate attitude towards senior care recipients

No certification required to start, but must take our NJ CHHA course with first 6 months of employment. We offer online NJ CHHA course to our employees for 399.00 out of pocket cost. We will submit all your documents to the state of NJ for you and also follow your progress each step of the way. We take care of our students. Unlike other schools who take your money and then leave you hanging, or do not answer questions

Flexible schedules, part time , short shifts. Work 10 to 40 plus hours a week. Overtime, Holiday pay, Weekly pay, Mileage and travel time paid. Fuel also paid ( Find out how this all works)

All applicants must have reliable childcare. AND A BACK UP PLAN We do not accept call outs for no babysitter. If you call out for this reason you will be removed from your case immediately. Our elderly patients must be able to count on you

If you call out sick frequently, can't honor commitments, have drama, emotional immaturity, are afraid of germs, or still use COVID as an excuse not to go to work, This is not the job for you.

Caregivers applying for this position must have a valid Driver License and a reliable car. No exceptions. This job requires you to have a car to assist your patient with errands or shopping.
