Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Restaurant
- Provide togo orderes via phone and delivery app
- Provide basic menu knowledge and knowledge of the area for guests
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage reservations using the Resy system
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with the Resy system is a plus
