Front Desk Agents are primarily responsible for delivering Best Western's Promise to all of our guests. Our front desk team will have opportunities to deliver this promise to our guests during arrival, departure, and throughout their stay. Main duties include checking guests in and out, making reservations, and providing assistance to guests when needed. Front Desk Agents are also a key role in ensuring billing for guests is done correctly.

Must be willing to work weekends, especially Sundays and clean lobby, office area etc.
