This position is located in Rigby Idaho Youth Development Instructors contribute to this effort by teaching, leading, and facilitating youth development curriculum in STEAM based out-of-school time programs; Facilitating family engagement events; Serving as mentors and role models, teaching important life skills, and giving youth positive opportunities to explore the world around them in a fun, engaging, non-formal learning environment; Engaging new volunteers in their local programs to serve as program leaders and event volunteers.
Member Duties : Youth Development Instructors will also submit regular progress reports and evaluate programs according to instructions, participate in required community service-learning projects and training and provide support and development of community partnerships Additional duties of this position will include:•Coordination of 4-H activities, both volunteers, students, and events•Oversight of arts clubs•Oversight of academic clubs•Coordination of student competitions and events in school and between schools•Coordination of student activities in all extracurricular clubs, activities, and events
