Located on 7.5 acres oceanfront, Amrit unites the ancient inner-science of the East and Western technology for personalized luxury that promotes mindful living with unlimited potential. Utilizing the time-honored practice of Eight Limbs of Patanjali with Five Pillars of Wellness (Mindfulness, Nutrition, Fitness, Relaxation and Sleep), Amrit's 24/7 Personal Wellness Advisors work with guests to identify their Personalized Roadmap to Wellness. Amrit's two towers, Peace and Happiness comprise 182 wellness residents, 153 wellness resort suites including 30 destination spa suites, chlorine free pools, natural bistro with teaching kitchen, farm to table restaurant, meeting/celebration space, hair-health full service salon, outdoor activities/experiences and 100,000 sf of wellness and spa spread over four floors indoors and out. Featuring Aayush, an extensive hydrothermal circuit with co-ed and gender specific areas, plus hamam, flotation pod and terraces with panoramic ocean views. Overview:
The Wellness Experience/ Attendant Supervisor’s responsibilities include overseeing the wellness attendants’ team, ensuring the daily operational duties are carried out per the Amrit Ocean highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and guest service in all aspects of the operation.
Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Wellness Attendant team and ensuring they are fulfilling their job requirements; any issues must be reported to Wellness Management immediately.
    • Responsible for monitoring the cleanliness standards in the entire facility, particularly the changing rooms, toilets, showers, heat experiences, relaxation, waiting areas and fitness rooms. These areas should be kept neat, tidy and in accordance with the wellness management and Health & Safety guidelines and standards.
    • Responsible for monitoring that all areas are always stocked with clean linen and amenities.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all soiled linens are removed from public areas and fresh linen is always available and presented as per wellness management standards.
    • Responsible for ensuring all guests are guided to hydrotherapy experiences and relaxation areas and Wellness Attendants can explain facilities use.
    • Responsible for ensuring the collection of fresh linen and the delivery of soiled linen to the laundry/loading dock.
    • To be responsible for stock inventory, ordering of guest amenities and cleaning supplies, to ensure cost effective use of supplies.
    • To ensure attendance at monthly departmental meetings and ensure weekly meetings happen with all staff to motivate and be aware of staff needs.
    • Instruct Wellness Attendants on the proper set up and breakdown of fitness classes. Assisting with this process when necessary.
    • Ensuring that all Wellness Attendants are informed of the proper usage of all fitness equipment and their functions.
    • Reporting any equipment damage or malfunctions in any are of the Spa to Wellness Managment immediately.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in the housekeeping, spa or related professional field preferred.
