SHIFT: 7am - 5pm Friday and Monday / 7am - 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

This position will perform a variety of administrative related duties including, but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate daily outbound load movement
• Assist with problem resolution
• Coordinate with Customer Service
• Track and trace outbound shipments

QUALIFICATIONS

• An associate degree in a business related field or communications and a minimum of 2 years experience in transportation operations/customer service working environment. Previous work experience may be substituted for education.
• Must be detailed oriented, well organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communications skills
• Basic personal computer or host terminal skills required
