Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control, and supervising a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, as well as experience in transportation and fleet management. Knowledge of telecommunication equipment (fiber-optic / coax) is beneficial.

Duties

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Manage and optimize the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory control.
• CIFA / Hub-To-You software management.
• Implement lean practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate transportation logistics and fleet management to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of lean principles is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
