Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vacation Rental Cleaners. This is a year-round position. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vacation rentals under your care ensuring they are cleaned and prepared for the guests’ arrival. Pay Starts At: $20/hour with Performance Bonuses and Raises at 60 & 90 days.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize all areas of the vacation rental property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards and checklists.

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed.

- Change bed linens, make beds, and arrange towels to hotel standards.

- Replenish guest amenities and supplies.

- Identify any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly.

- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Must have reliable transportation.
