Job Summary
Our office is growing, and we need someone we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is part time between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Monday through Friday. This job would be a perfect fit for candidates that love people and want to give customers the best experience possible.

Responsibilities
- Take incoming phone calls
- Process customer payments
- Generate and provide documentation to customers and third parties
- Schedule appointments
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience

Helpful Skills
- The ability to multi-task, follow-through, and follow-up
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Prior office experience is a plus

- Insurance license helpful but not necessary
