Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, degree in physical therapy, experience in SNF settings, and an active license in the state of Massachusetts

• Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient or SNF experience, certification in advanced therapy techniques, familiarity with PointClickCare electronic medical records system

• Additional Information: The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, adherence to facility SOPs, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
