Exciting Opportunity Awaits – Join Us as a Graduate Student Services Specialist at Gonzaga University!
Are you ready to embark on a meaningful career journey? As a Graduate Student Services Specialist reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate Student Services at Gonzaga University, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in guiding and advising current graduate students as they make their way through their Master’s or Doctoral graduate degree journey at Gonzaga University. We need you to bring your experience, interpersonal dynamism, and great listening skills to champion our students’ success and development.
This role’s primary focus is working with current graduate students. In order to do that, this position works closely with faculty and campus partners to support the entire graduate student lifecycle – promoting student success, supporting program growth, and strengthening collaboration between our graduate students, programs, and campus departments. With this type of work, we require this position to be available to work on campus with the opportunity to have a hybrid schedule with supervisor approval.

The budgeted annual salary that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $41,600-$44,007.
