OVERVIEW
The Multifamily Project Manager role executes project construction using subcontractors, in-house labor and internal material procurement, safety, quality, finance, and design teams. The MF PM performs the core duties listed below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ PM on 15 + projects at any given time
+ Create and execute Subcontract Agreement with Build Partners
+ Bid and track all scopes per project as necessary
+ Track Project Schedule
+ Track Project Budget
+ Responsible for visiting each project as needed throughout its life cycle which could include: before construction and at project completion. Larger jobs may require more visits.
+ Track Utility coordination
+ Evaluate designs with design resource, optimize with customer and subcontractor
+ Track schedule against contract baseline schedule
+ Manage invoice submissions from subcontractor
+ Coordinate site logistics, specifically phasing, laydown area, parking impacts and roof access
+ Fully plan and execute power shutdown/tie in schedule with subcontractor
+ Verify utility shutdown is scheduled
+ Proactively work with customer to send out notices of power shut down 2 weeks prior to date
+ Obtain final inspection with AHJ
+ Coordinate with Interconnection Manager to obtain PTO
+ Coordinate necessary aspects for final incentive inspection
REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
+ Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
+ Minimum of 2 years experience of working knowledge of commercial construction
+ 1+ years experience in MultiFamily construction
+ Familiar with Solar installation processes and requirements working with local Public Utility Commissions
+ Familiar with single and three phase electrical
+ Familiar with OSHA code
+ Familiar with basic Gantt chart scheduling
+ Use of fall protection on all roof types. General knowledge of OSHA codes, electrical codes, building codes
+ Must be a self directed individual that can thrive in a team or individual atmosphere.
