Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This position is essential in supporting various projects and tasks within our operations. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete assigned tasks.
- Help with the setup and teardown of job sites, including scaffolding or temporary structures.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials on-site.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
