Your day to day

This position has overall responsibility for preparing serving food in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. You may have to prepare beverages requested by customers from time to time and monitor guest behavior and guest alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease; notify management of incidents involving excessive alcohol consumption or impaired condition of customers; check identification whenever the age of a guest requesting alcoholic beverage service is questionable. You should be able to follow Health Department Guidelines and Company-Brand Standards. You will set up Buffet, Server Stations and Dining Room including all other supplies and perform pre and post-shift side-work while requisitioning all necessary supplies. You will sweep and mop floor after shift and wipe down counters, equipment, stools, chairs, tables and other areas as required. The Server may also perform other duties as assigned.

What we need from you

Qualifications include basic reading, writing and math skills. An Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit preferred and a valid health/food handler cards required by local or state government agency. You may be required to work weekends, and/or holidays. This job requires ability to perform the following: handling, carrying or pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds, moving about the bar, lounge and kitchen, bending, stooping, kneeling and lifting.
