Entegra Procurement Services is a fast-growing and dynamic division of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $36 billion in spend for food, services, and supplies, and serves more than 120,000 purchasing sites throughout the United States alone. Entegra Procurement Services is a performance improvement company that specializes in procurement management, culinary services, and data analytics for multi-unit clients in industries including seniors, healthcare, education, government, faith based, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services.
We are currently searching for a Segment Financial Analyst II to support our largest client. The right candidate may work remotely with the ability to travel periodically. Ideally residing East coast or Mid-West and near a major airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects related to data consolidation, data analysis, variance analysis and research, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Assist with ongoing AR issues and Distributor projects.
- Work with stakeholders from various functions (IS&T, MDM, Supply Management, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Collaborate with other departments on process improvements.
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
- Drive escalations as needed to leadership.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and efficient time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and a flexible approach to meet tight deadlines.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly, think outside the box and learn new tasks independently.
- Ability to work with large data sets and databases, analyze data, and conduct research.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working with multiple sources of data.
- Sound judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise strategies from appropriate data.
- Strong technical skills (Office 365, Relational databases, etc.). High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power BI experience a plus.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and able to handle complex research with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to a high level of customer service.
- High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently
- Demonstrated flexibility with shifting priorities and the capability to modify processes due to the changing demands of a rapidly growing business.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines is critical, as is the ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Basic Functional Experience - 2+ years
- This role is targeting a starting salary of $70K - $80K.
