Job Summary
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers in finding products that meet their needs. Base salary and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
