The Mud Room is offering a fun and creative opportunity for our Sales staff positions!

Our Sales staff is the point person for interacting with our customers while they enjoy creative activities and making projects. This customer service focused person interacts with adults and children of all ages to ensure they thoroughly enjoy their experience in our studio!

No creative experience? Don’t worry! Our focus is on great customer service skills – we love to teach you the creative side as you grow with the organization!

Ideally this is a full-time position with shifts between 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekends. Part-time opportunities may also be available. Our culture supports work/life balance and we strive to assign shifts to accommodate team member needs while delivering outstanding customer experiences!

How you’ll spend your days:

• Instructing painters on their projects and techniques (don’t worry- we’ll teach you everything you need to know!)
• Leading parties and classes for adults and children
• Recommending projects to customers
• Processing customer orders in the kiln room
• Completing all activities required to open and close the studio
• Unpacking shipments and keeping our inventory shelves stocked and organized
