We are looking for Servers to take and deliver orders and give great guest service. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing menus and answering questions about our offerings.
• Take orders and manage tables, ensuring that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and the dining room floor.
• Monitor tables and provide attentive service to ensure that guests feel welcome and satisfied.
• Utilize POS systems and OpenTable to efficiently manage reservations and orders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our menu and ingredients to answer guest questions and provide recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Maintain knowledge of food safety and handling practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
• Experience with POS systems and OpenTable.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
