We are looking to hire a professional individual with general construction knowledge and punch-out/handyman skills. Previous construction experience is a must. This position involves helping in final detail/punch-out of home. Job includes, but is not limited to, installing cabinet/door hardware, installing towel bars, paint touch ups, general clean up, etc.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

· Drywall Repairs

· Paint repairs

· General Trim Carpentry

· General punch-out

· Valid driver’s license required

· High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

· 1-3 years of construction experience in residential construction
