Liberty Village of Rochelle is seeking qualified full and part-time Residents Assistants (RA's) for our beautiful retirement community. We have openings for all shifts. Residents Assistant (RA) Responsibilities:

• Assist CNA’s with making resident’s beds; ensuring resident rooms, common areas and nurse’s station is orderly.
• Assist with the admission and discharge or residents. Introduce resident to facility; setting up room, labeling clothes, performing inventory and proper placement of belongings.
• Ensure hydration tasks are carried out by passing beverages to all residents.
• Assist with delivery of snacks.
• Complete Feeding Assistant Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Answer call lights and assist residents with needs that do not require direct care and seek CNA assistance with direct care requests.
• Assist with the stocking and inventory of clean utility rooms and carts.
• Attend in-service training that is appropriate to assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
