Avera is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) – Quality Specialist to join our Team!

Job Summary

• Accountable for guiding the department in improving clinical effectiveness and compliance with the state of operation and national reported evidence-based indicators.

Education and/or Experience

• RN degree required.
• 1-3 years’ experience nursing in a clinical setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice required upon hire.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $29.50 - $44.25 per hour
