About your role:
The RN will be responsible for overall medical care for all clients in accordance with the client’s IPP. The RN will oversee all nursing services within their service area. Triage of medically related incident reports and assigning of care to Charge LPN. Complete annual nursing assessments and self-medication evaluations for all clients receiving nursing services.
Does the following apply to you?
- Active West Virginia RN License
Preferred but not required:
- At least one year of experience in IDD/title XIX waiver
- AMAP Certification
