THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Recruitment Marketing Manager to manage and execute on recruitment marketing strategies in support of the MGM Resorts employer brand. The Recruitment Marketing is also responsible for managing and executing on end-to-end recruitment marketing processes, market intelligence, marketing analytics, and creative content creation.

THE DAY TO DAY:

  • Recommend, execute and track end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives; execute strategies and projects focused on: Email Marketing Campaigns & Automation, Passive Candidate Strategies, Lead Generation, Reporting and Database Administration (CRM/ATS)

  • Oversee the company's careers site and implement improvements, develop design and content and monitor activity and reporting through Phenom People

  • Manage careers social media pages including Facebook, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life, and Twitter, respond to reviews and comments, and develop content calendar in support of the employment brand

  • Anticipate recruiting touchpoints and work closely with the talent acquisition team to implement marketing efforts to attract top talent using all available marketing methods with a constant push for innovation

  • Develop innovative campaigns and processes utilizing emergent recruitment technologies, and play a key role in talent acquisition projects

  • Create recruitment flyers and communication materials in support of recruitment needs and events

  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends and best practices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Two (2) years recruitment marketing or brand marketing experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

  • Proven track record of building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns

  • Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis

  • Experience developing complex Marketing strategies and campaigns to identify and attract passive talent

  • Hospitality and Gaming industry experience

  • Previous talent acquisition experience
