Recruiters Required in Brasília URGENT

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team.

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization grows by attracting and selecting top talent.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conducting background checks and reference checks to ensure the credibility of potential hires.
• Negotiating and presenting competitive job offers to selected candidates.
• Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Good English-speaking skills
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment principles and processes.
• Strong ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.
