About the Position:

We are seeking an Office Manager & Quickbooks Specialist to help lead the administrative side of our operations as a Builder.

This full-time role requires an individual with meticulous attention to detail, organization, and effective communication skills. Must be in-person full time.

Mission:

comesProvide comprehensive financial management and support services to enhance the operational efficiency and financial decision-making of Hoffman Construction. As a cornerstone of the company's financial side, you will work closely with Project Managers, ensuring that all financial processes support project success and contribute to the company's growth in the Los Angeles market.

Must be able to review and produce WIP’s, and with the help of our Accountant (separate firm) provide comprehensive financial analysis to support project planning and execution, offering insights that drive profitability.
