Position Summary:
The Quality Control/Warehouse Assistant handles glass products manufactured by Simon Pearce through the processes of the Quality Control and Warehouse teams.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspects products to determine compliance that meet the company's quality control standards
Communicates quality issues with QC and Production Managers
Stamps Simon Pearce insignia on first quality glass items
Completes all necessary paper and computer work for inventory control
Washes glass
Applies UPC labels to product
Packs finished goods
Pick orders correctly and accurately
Pack orders to company standards, to ensure optimum customer satisfaction

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, heat, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
