Property Management Company in North Tonawanda seeking a Contract Property Manager for 4-6 months!

Hours: 8am-5pm/M-F

Pay: up to $30/hour (BOE)

We are looking for a high potential, experienced, hands-on Property and Leasing Manager to join the organization. This company has been recognized as an industry leader and is well positioned for future growth and expansion.

Property and Leasing Manager job responsibilities include the following:

• Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.
• Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for the members of the community.
• Take resident complaints and identify proper protocol to resolve issues.
• Accurately process apartment applications and lease renewals.
• Enter work order requests to appropriate maintenance personnel.
• Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers.
• Ensure work-order requests are completed to company standards.
• Conduct walk-through of available apartments to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Work with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents to the community.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Management experience, preferred in leasing/property management
• Previous leasing and/or sales and customer service experience.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
• A motivated self-starter.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
