We are looking to hire several subcontractors to work for Hurricane Holden Cleaning Services, LLC.

We are a new Residential/Commercial Cleaning Company in the area. We focus on Move In/Move Out, Airbnb, Residences, Apartment Units, Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, Etc.

We have a lot of work in these areas, and there is still room for growth. If you are a motivated, independent person who enjoys helping others in a service role and want to learn about this field of work this is an ideal opportunity.

This Professional Cleaning opportunity allows for continuous, pre-scheduled work. Scheduling is flexible. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and detail focused. Experience is preferred but not required. We need people that have transportation and can pass a background check.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Proven work experience in relevant field
• Have reliable transportation to, and from, all job sites (nobody is permitted to wait for you or drop you off)
• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits (you must become familiar with the services)
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle reasonable customer complaints/requests.
• Trustworthy and able to conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Knowledge of English language
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Launder and change bed linens and towels
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail

Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with custodial duties, including floor care and maintenance
