Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in Deerfield Beach, FL, 33441. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be proficient in various production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine setups for production runs
• Conduct machine safety inspections
• Utilize ERP software for production planning and scheduling
• Manage and lead a team of production workers
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks as needed
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP software and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job
• Experience with machine setups and safety inspections
• Strong mechanical assembly skills
• Previous scheduling experience is a plus
