The Town of West Bridgewater is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a Part-Time Principal Secretary-Inspectional Services. Reports to the Town Planner/Coordinator of Inspectional Services.
Responsible for various duties requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental operations and the exercise of judgment and initiative. Excellent administrative skills, ability to multitask, and great attention to detail a must.
Minimum High School Diploma, Degree preferred, with professional level skills in bookkeeping, typing and data management programs. Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications and/or equivalent.
Knowledge of Massachusetts Open Meeting Law and Public Records Law a plus.
