Primary Care Physician – Stockton, CA

Location: Stockton, California

Employment: Full-time

Education: Doctorate Degree

Salary: $316,000–$386,000 base + quarterly bonus

Relocation: Yes

Requirements:


- ACGME-accredited residency
- MD/DO or equivalent doctorate
- Active unrestricted physician license
- CDS certification and DEA registration
- Eligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal enrolment
- Primary Care background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Board certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid required within 180 days of hire
