MoveStrong Seniors is a growing mobile concierge physical therapy practice serving older adults throughout South Florida.

We specialize in helping older adults improve their strength, balance, mobility, and independence so they can continue doing the activities they love, from playing golf and pickleball to traveling, walking, and enjoying everyday life.

Our approach prioritizes personalized care, meaningful patient relationships, and the clinical freedom to deliver excellent treatment.

What You'll Do
• Perform in-home physical therapy evaluations and follow-up treatments.
• Treat older adults with orthopedic conditions, balance challenges, gait limitations, weakness, fall risk, and functional mobility concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Communicate with patients, families, and our care team as needed.
• Complete documentation in Jane App within 24 hours of each visit.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in patients' homes.

Who We're Looking For
• Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, home health, or balance/fall prevention preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable treating patients independently in their homes.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your selected service area.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Weekday daytime availability is especially helpful, but we welcome applicants with other schedules.

Position Details
• Compensation: $100 per completed follow-up treatment; $120 per completed initial assessment.
• Compensation structure: Per visit, not an hourly wage. Travel and documentation are not separately compensated.
• Job type: Flexible per-diem / PRN / independent contractor (1099).
• Schedule: Based on your availability and patient demand. No guaranteed minimum caseload.
• Treatment length: 60 minutes per follow-up visit; approximately 60–75 minutes per evaluation.
• Service area: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and surrounding Palm Beach County communities.
• Start date: As soon as onboarding is completed.
