Perform administrative functions within the payroll and benefits department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Co-manage People Services phone line
  • Co-manage People Services email inboxes for voicemails, faxes, and email assignments
  • Co-manage ServiceNow ticket distribution and reassignment for People Services
  • Sort and distribute People Services mail
  • Complete unemployment claims and audit requests
  • Review HRMS data audit reports
  • Complete employment verification requests
  • Provide associate system support in navigating Workday and ServiceNow
  • Respond to associate’s questions regarding general People Services requests via ServiceNow, phone calls or emails
  • Provide support to other Workstream teams
  • Order office supplies
  • Special projects as assigned
**Pay Range for this position is - $20-$21/hr
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent required, and a 2-year college degree in a business-related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years general office experience
