Job Description

Our payroll specialists continually learn industry knowledge about payroll, taxes, ACA, etc and use that knowledge plus learning how to navigate our HRIS systems (Isolved HCM and Kronos) to process payrolls for our clients. Each payroll specialist has their very own list of clients whom they interact with and serve. Our employer-clients range from 1 owner S corps to clients with several hundred employees. A payroll specialist knows how to integrate a clients' payroll with their 401k plans, benefits enrollment with third party companies and answers questions which clients have. A recent customer satisfaction survey revealed that 98% of our clients are "highly satisfied" with AccuPay, which is primarily due to the excellence of our payroll specialists, who are the main point of contact with our clients. Our payroll specialists continually learn more/more about our HRIS systems as to navigation and report building so that we can provide every client with an exceptional service experience from setup to day to day processing and software support. Our training is of 2 types, day to day from our current team of experienced professionals, as well as online training. Our hybrid work schedule does not begin until you have 6 months of in office experience so that you can learn from our awesome professional team of payroll/HR experts

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
