Job Description

Part-time Receptionist – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates

Location: Olympia, WA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Pay: $19 - $26 per hour

(Pay is determined based on years of experience)

Summary of benefits:

Eligible to participate in the 401K plan with company match and profit sharing. PTO and Holiday Pay earned based on hours worked.

Receptionist Summary:

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is looking for a part-time Receptionist for our MRI department. In this role, you will be the face of the office as patients are checked in for their appointments, making excellent customer service a priority. You will be responsible for performing various clerical duties such as checking in patients, answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and updating patient charts within a busy orthopaedic practice.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting, non-medical Receptionist roles would also be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
