Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost control.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide insights for financial planning and forecasting.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting and adherence to all relevant financial regulations.
• Collaborate with outsourced finance team: Bonadio.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within a corporate or non-profit environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, cost control measures, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial report writing with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing finance teams effectively.
• Familiarity with technical accounting principles and practices is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
