Local family owned company currently looking for an individual to join our team as a part time bookkeeper.

Duties would include, but would not be limited to the following:

• Overseeing accounts payables and accounts receivables
• Responsible for reconciling bank, credit card, loans and other balance sheet accounts
• Prepare quarterly payroll reports
• Prepare sales and use tax returns
• Monthly and year-end accounting adjustments

Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• Working knowledge of the QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Organized and detail oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
