Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting, along with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required for each project.
• Perform caulking and fixture installation as part of the finishing process.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on projects involving drywall, masonry, or frame carpentry.
• Restore and remodel spaces according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial painting or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with caulking techniques and fixture installation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
• Experience with drywall installation and repair is advantageous.
• Knowledge of masonry work is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
