What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hotel, overseeing everything from the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, and even breakfast! Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Team Captain: Train, coach, and inspire our team to deliver the best customer service around.
• The Fixer: Handle guest complaints like a pro and make sure everyone leaves with a smile.
• Budget Boss: Keep an eye on expenses, manage inventory, and make smart choices to maximize revenue.
• Safety Guru: Ensure the hotel meets health and safety regulations and stays sparkling clean.
• Revenue Rockstar: Work with the sales team to boost occupancy and keep rooms booked.
• Vendor Wrangler: Maintain great relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts like a champ.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’ve got experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• You know how to lead and motivate a team.
• You love solving problems and making things better.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can keep cool under pressure.
