The Opportunity
All American Turf Beauty has an exciting career opportunity in our Van Meter office for a route scheduler that also helps with customer service. This is a full-time year-round career opportunity with an industry leading wage and full benefits. Casual work attire. Office hours are 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Key Job Duties

• Schedule the daily work of Turf Specialists during the application season
• Answer the phone, handle customer requests, and assist with report preparation
• Work with the managers on scheduling irrigation and lighting services
• Enter customer restarts, service calls, and new sales agreements into the system
• Maintain invoices for the services we offer
• Assist Turf Specialists with customer text and call pre-notifications
• Enter credit, debit memos and daily production

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required. Some college or a degree is helpful
• Past customer service and/or scheduling experience is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team to assist management in taking care of our customers
