Palmer Group has partnered with our client in their search for an Office and Operations Manager. This individual will play an integral role in maintaining the office and welcoming clients. Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

What you will do:

  • Source and hire new vendors if needed
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients/prospective clients
  • Generate SOPs and implement efficiencies
  • Sort mail, prepare outgoing mail, log checks
  • Onboard new agents, set up tech access and office space
  • Track and share team and individual goals
  • Help to coordinate coaching and mentoring for new agents
  • Create and share operational and production reports with the manager
  • Run agent calendar, update as needed, prepare documents required for each meeting
  • Coordinate client events, seek bids, send invites

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of office management or administrative assistant experience
  • Bilingual preferred but not required 
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications & systems, specifically CRM programs
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Desire to assist everyone in the office, clients, and community
  • Strong drive to grow professionally and take on new responsibilities
