Job Summary:

RipTide Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate / Wash Plan Consultant to assist our customers with purchasing car wash memberships and packages. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, with a strong preference for those experienced in car wash membership sales. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow their sales repertoire while earning uncapped commission on top of competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome, creating a positive customer experience.
• Proactively promote and sell car wash memberships, including unlimited wash club plans and prepaid packages.
• Provide in-depth explanations of our wash packages, membership benefits, and promotional offerings.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions about our amenities and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience for each guest.

Pay & Commission:

• Hourly pay: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
• Commission: Earn $10 per unlimited/prepaid membership plan sold, with no cap on earnings.

Job Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available, with preference given to candidates available for 30+ hours per week.
• Candidates with weekend availability will receive additional interview preference.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (day, evening, and morning).

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the car wash or membership sales industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Location Requirements:

• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Gastonia, NC 28056 before starting work.
